Questions

Is the blur a secure redaction?

No. Blur is visual only and the original text is still in the page. Automatic detection does not read images, embedded frames or canvas, so draw a box over those. Check your screen before you share.

Does Hushpane send my page content anywhere?

No. Hushpane reads page text only inside your browser to find what to hide. Page text is never stored or sent. The only network call is the license check with Polar.

What does Free include?

Click any part of a page to blur it, and turn Hushpane on and off with Alt+Shift+B. No account and no card. Your picks reset when you reload the page.

Which browsers does it work in?

Chrome first. The Edge and Firefox versions use the same code.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Yes. Cancel from the customer page linked in your Polar receipt. Email within 5 days of a payment for a full refund.
